Waiting times at Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park
In order to make the most out of your visit to Disneyland Paris, it is important that you consider the waiting times before your visit. So you can plan your stay in the park and see and experience as much as possible. You have probably already heard of the prejudices and rumors that are floating around in many places on the Internet and say that the waiting times in the Disney Parks would be unbearably long. But in reality it is not that bad, at least if you do it skillfully.
Of course, there are some attractions at Disneyland Paris that are so popular that there are almost always longer queues, but the imagineers have put a lot of effort into the design of the different areas in which you can discover and observe many things and can learn a thing or two without actually waiting.
So you actually always have something to do, even if you are not currently sitting in a carousel or whizzing through a loop on a roller coaster.
How long the waiting time before an attraction are depends on very different factors. On the one hand, of course, the popularity determines the waiting time, but the number of visitors in the park and the time of day also influences the queues. A sensible way to save time and avoid queues is the Disney Premier Access and the Extra Magic Time. In addition, it makes sense to visit some attractions during the parade or popular shows, as experience has shown that waiting times are significantly low at these times. You can also get an up-to-date overview of the waiting times at the individual attractions or on the information boards which you can find at central points in the two theme parks. There is also an app that informs you of the current waiting times on site.
Overview of waiting times at the attractions at Disneyland Paris
In the following we have put together an overview of the waiting times that experience has shown us. This information can serve as a basis for planning your stay, but please always remember that this is not fixed data, but based on experience.
The values refer to a very busy day at Disneyland Paris. In the off-season or when the weather is inclement, these times can be significantly shorter, while on special occasions, such as Christmas or Halloween, they can also exceed this value.
Very long waiting time ~ 90 minutes
In front of the attractions, which are among the absolute highlights in Disneyland, long queues form almost every day. In some cases, they also result from the attraction's rather small capacity or a slow loading process.

Only at fixed times
There are some attractions at Walt Disney Studios Park, which are rather shows, that take place every day at fixed times. The starting times can be found in the program or on the scoreboard at the entrance to the respective attraction. As a rule, the seats are sufficient for all interested parties so that you can appear a few minutes before the official start. If you want to get a particularly good place, it is worth appearing a little earlier.
