Lost and found office at Disneyland Paris

Did you lose something? Your wallet, your sunglasses or a backpack? Regardless of whether you left something in an attraction or a restaurant or if you lost something while riding a roller coaster, Disney specializes in finding lost things - just think of the little clownfish Nemo. Therefore, there is of course a lost and found office in both parks at Disneyland.

If you have lost something in one of the two parks, do not panic, but think exactly where and when you have seen the missing item last. Then go to exactly to this point and look for yourself, often enough a backpack is still exactly where you left it or a jacket still hangs over the chair on which you just sat for a little break.
If you can't find it, contact a Cast Member nearby, maybe he found or saw something.

If you haven't been lucky this way, contact the lost and found office in the park where you lost something.

Perhaps the Cast Member in the lost and found office cannot help you directly because your missing item has not been turned in yet. But that doesn't mean that you have to give up!
Leave your cell phone number and as soon as the lost and found item appears in the office, you will be informed.
In general, even if you leave your number and have not received a call, it is recommended to go to the lost property office again before the park closes or the next day. In many cases, lost and found items are discovered during the cleaning of the park or only handed over to the lost property office in the evening.
